Nobody succeeds at everything they do. In some ways that is actually reassuring. Failing isn’t necessarily a bad thing as it only teaches you what ways NOT to do something. If you fall down, get back up again. You only fail if you stay down. If you don’t succeed at first, try different methods. If you have a goal you want to achieve, then persist. The more you persist, the closer you’ll get and the more you learn.
If your endeavours prove to be impossible for you to deal with and you have given 100%, at least you can say you have given it your best shot but never give up easily. Use not only all the brains you have but all those you can borrow. Let other people help you because you can’t do everything on your own.
Nothing worthwhile is ever easy. Focus, persist and work hard to achieve your goals. Don’t get distracted by things that have no bearing on your goals or you’ll never succeed. It’s fine to take a break to refresh yourself but don’t forget about the work you’re doing. Stay positive and you’ll get there in the end!

It is now the 1st day of March. Here in Australia it is the beginning of Autumn as well. We are one-sixth of the way through the year already. Can you believe it?
The big questions is…have you been keeping your New Year’s Resolutions? How have you been going with your business? How is your personal life shaping up? Are you where you want to be or do you need a bit of a kick up the butt?
I am quite happy with my progress so far in 2011. Of course there are always things we wish were better but they could also have been far worse.
I do want to send my best wishes and condolences to the good people of New Zealand and Christchurch. I wish I was wealthy enough to be able to make a financial difference there. A positive attitude and inner strength will help get everyone through the tough times.
Please share with me what you have achieved this year. I am very keen to hear from my readers. Is it a good year? Can it be a better one? The choice is yours!
