Everyone has their own set of skills that enables them to achieve certain things in life. We are all different which is a positive thing because if we were all the same, the world would be a boring place. It’s important to be yourself and use your existing skills to help other people when the opportunity arises.
There are always people around you that don’t have the same skills as you do. If you help them, you’ll feel good about yourself and they’ll appreciate it. Never help with the expectation of getting something in return or it defeats the purpose. Help others and encourage them to do the same and this world would be a far better place to live in. YOU can really make a difference, even if it’s just to one person.

I hope you’re doing ok.
I especially like the point about not having expectations. If you have something in the back of your mind when helping the person, it’s not genuine, and in many cases, it will show, and you won’t solidify the relationship, the opposite might happen.
